At LAFZ Jewellery, we aim to deliver your meaningful moments safely, swiftly, and with care. As each piece is handcrafted and customized, our shipping timelines reflect both production time and delivery logistics.

All our packages are securely packed and fully insured during transit.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery options within Pakistan:

1. Standard Shipping: 4-5 working days
2. Urgent Shipping: 3-4working days (additional charge: PKR (250)
   
   

🚚 Shipping time includes both production and delivery. For personalized orders, production starts once your order is confirmed.

Important Notes

1. Urgent orders require full advance online payment.
2. Not all custom-made items may qualify for urgent delivery due to production limitations.

Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, courier issues, or high order volumes. We will notify you in such cases.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. If your area falls outside our standard delivery network, our support team will contact you directly to discuss options.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. COD is available for standard shipping orders only.
2. Not available for urgent or bulk/customized orders.
   
   

Shipping Address Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, or if there are any special delivery instructions, please ensure they are clearly mentioned before completing your order.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp (if opted in), along with a tracking link to follow your parcel's journey.

📦 Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
