At LAFZ Jewellery, we stand behind the craftsmanship and care that goes into every personalized piece we make. However, we also understand that things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we offer a simple, transparent, and fair return policy to make sure your experience with us stays meaningful.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

🕒 We believe in giving you enough time to inspect your order and let us know if something’s not right.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Unused and unworn
  2. In its original condition and packaging
  3. Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

📦 Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Simply email us at lafzjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we’ll share return instructions and a shipping address.

For customer convenience, we also offer easy returns if your product is eligible under our policy.

Return Reasons We Accept

We accept returns if the item is:

  1. Damaged during transit
  2. Broken upon delivery
  3. Incorrect item sent
  4. Defective in craftsmanship

If any of the above applies, contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can process your request promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our jewellery, the following cannot be returned:

  1. Custom name jewellery or engraved items
  2. Sale items or discounted bundles
  3. Used or worn products
  4. Items without original packaging

🎁 All customized orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the item you received (if eligible) and place a new order separately. This helps us serve you better and process your request efficiently.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only for approved cases of damage, incorrect items, or defective products.

Once we inspect your return and approve it:

  1. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  2. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
