Returns & Cancellations

At LAFZ Jewellery, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we create. Because our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, we take extra care to ensure quality and accuracy in every step. However, if something goes wrong — we’re here to make it right.

Return Policy

We offer returns or replacements for eligible cases involving non-customized items. Our goal is to resolve any valid issue with efficiency, fairness, and care.

You may request a return or replacement if:

  1. The item was delivered damaged or broken
  2. You received the wrong product
  3. The item has defects in craftsmanship

If your request qualifies, we’ll offer one of the following:

  1. Replacement of the item
  2. Replacement parts or accessories
  3. Refund (only for non-customized items)

📦 Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing (if ordered as per selected option), or delayed courier delivery.

Custom & Personalized Items

Since all personalized products (like name jewellery or engraved pieces) are made exclusively for you, they are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once production has begun — except in cases of manufacturing error or delivery damage.

🖋️ Every custom piece is handcrafted with care, and we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please read the conditions below:

Eligible Cancellations:

  1. You may cancel your order before it enters production by contacting us immediately at lafzjewellery@gmail.com

Post-Confirmation or Custom Order Cancellations:

  1. Once your order is confirmed and has entered production, cancellations are not guaranteed.
  2. If accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount.

🎯 This fee covers design, processing, and customization time already invested in your order.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Clear reason for return or cancellation
  4. Attach photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
